Privacy Policy

Refunds are guided by the Host’s reserved listing cancellation policy and their decision to issue a full or partial refund. Rukiye Zara will only assist in refunding the guest including the following scenarios but not limited to:

  • The Host is unresponsive or host cancels the booking.
  • The Guest is denied access to the property.
  • Prolonged outages of essential utilities, water and electricity, affecting the guest's stay.
  • The property is unsuitable for staying due to:
    • Poor cleanliness or health and safety concerns.
    • Significant mismatches with the listing, including but not limited to:
      • Incorrect property type or location.
      • Discrepancies in room details (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms).
      • Unadvertised presence of individuals or pets during the stay.
      • Missing or non-functional key amenities, including but not limited to pool, appliances, or air conditioning.

Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations made after the check-in date has passed.
  • Failure to arrive for the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies or travel delays.
  • Rescheduling or cancellation of events, or changes in personal plans.
  • Failure to comply with property rules or guidelines during the stay, resulting in denied access or eviction.
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters unless the property itself is directly affected and uninhabitable.
  • Any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect Guest information provided during booking.
